This is a FREE SIZE long skirt (Fukure Jacquard Tuck SK) from HARE (ハレ). The color is a slightly dark blue. (I apologize that the color is difficult to see in the photos.) I purchased it at the HARE store in HEP FIVE, Umeda, Osaka. Similar to the accessories I previously listed and the two-piece top set I'm selling separately, I bought this after being recommended it by a store clerk, but I never wore it. I don't think I'll have a chance to wear it in the future, so I'm selling it as part of a decluttering effort.
