This is a special, non-sale passport case that you receive when you purchase theme park tickets for either the Disneyland Resort in California or the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida from a specific travel agency. I believe it can also be used as a pouch for things other than passports. The front and back have different designs: one for Disneyland in California and one for Walt Disney World in Florida.
