This is a Japanese-patterned bell strap purchased at Daiso a few years ago. It is new and unused, but there is some slight soiling from storage. Please check the photos. Please note that this product is not a neck strap. I bought it because it was cute, but I haven't had a chance to use it, so I'm putting it up for sale. I hope someone will find it useful!
