I used this for about six months after giving birth. I'm selling it now because I've switched to formula and no longer need it. I used a bath towel on top of it, so the included mat is unused. - Main unit - Instruction manual - Soft mat (unused) - Outer box (there is some damage from opening and closing, but it doesn't affect storage or shipping) - Cardboard for securing the unit inside the outer box is also included Please refer to the fourth photo for the included accessories. The batteries currently in use will be included. I didn't notice it while using it, but there is a slight scratch on the upper center of the surface. Please check the third photo before purchasing. There are no other issues, but please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a product in new condition. I will ship it in the outer box, which will then be packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
