These are North Face pants. They are made of polyester, but the texture is not the typical "shaka-shaka" (swishy) feel; it's more like a sweatshirt. They are not fleece-lined. Size is 130. Used for one season, and I used them with other pants, so I don't think they were worn very often, but they tend to get pilling on the inside, so there is some.
