This is a favorite jumper skirt from Retro Girl. The size is free size. When worn by someone 155cm tall, the length is right at the knee. It has a lining but no pockets. It can be paired with knitwear or short-sleeved blouses, making it a versatile design that can be worn in most seasons. By tucking the shoulder straps inside and wearing a top, it can also look like a regular flared skirt. The waist has a gathered back, making it easy to wear. I no longer have the opportunity to wear it, so although there is some wear and tear, I hope to pass it on while it's still usable.
