This is a novelty item from the post office. I took it out of the bag for the photos. It's new and unused, but when I unfolded it, there was a hole about 1 cm in diameter. Please see the images. There are fold creases. It folds up small, so you can use it as an eco-bag or a sub-bag. I will fold it to the size of a "Nekopos" packet and ship it.
