This is a classic jazz mouthpiece, the Meyer 5MM (for alto saxophone). According to the previous owner, it was "refaced by a refacer in Tokushima after purchase." Please check the photos for the condition of the refacing. There are slight tooth marks and scratches, but the side rails and tip rail are clean. A ligature and cap are included, but there is no box.
