The buttons and construction of the sleeves looked cheap, and the length was awkward. As is, it would have been: "Hot in summer to autumn" "Cold in winter because you can't wear a cardigan" So, I had a tailor alter them to short sleeves. (The alteration alone cost nearly 3000 yen.) Also, I wanted a straight silhouette, so I had the elastic waistband removed. (The elastic was also awkward and would have sagged.) You can also cinch it with a belt.
