This is a masterpiece of old Imari ware from the mid-Edo period (Genroku era). The inside features a sometsuke (blue and white) painting of a landscape with plants and flowers, while the sides have eight openings, each depicting a different design: lightning patterns, landscapes, cloud dragons, and floral patterns. The underside features floral patterns and an unclear motif, with a square "fuku" (good fortune) ceramic mark in sometsuke within the foot. The size is 19.5 cm in diameter at the mouth, 13.3 cm at the base, and 2.9 cm in height. The condition is good. I have other items for sale as well. Thank you. #OldImari #Sometsuke #Edo #Fuku
