This is a 2-way leather shoulder bag from sita parantica (シータパランティカ). It's made of grained leather, giving it an elegant and luxurious feel. It can be used in two ways with the included shoulder strap. I purchased it several years ago and used it a few times. While there is some minor shape distortion due to use, I believe it can still be used without any problems.
