Westminster is a sister brand of Greco, and the guitar was made by Matsumoku. It's a 70s-era guitar, the same generation as highly-regarded Japanese vintage guitars like Greco and Tokai. [Operation] Sound output confirmed. [Condition] I believe the neck is generally straight, but this is my personal assessment, so please confirm from the photos. Please check the frets and string height from the photos. This is a very old guitar, having been manufactured 50 years ago, so there are some rust and deterioration in places. Therefore, please be sure to check the condition from the photos before purchasing. Also, please understand that there may be scratches and damage that cannot be fully captured in the photos. I am not the first owner, so I do not know the exact history of parts replacement or repairs. I have never touched the truss rod since I acquired it, so I don't know how much is left.
