This is a set of a Hello Kitty portable toothbrush and a battery-powered electric toothbrush. Since it is unopened, the electric toothbrush has not been tested for operation. (I believe there are test batteries inside. I haven't used it for a long time and haven't opened it, so I don't know the condition of the batteries inside. Please understand.) It has been stored in a dark place since purchase. Also, since it was purchased about 30 years ago, it is likely that replacement brushes are not available.
