These pumps are new and unused. I haven't walked in them, but since they were ordered from the store, the soles were slightly dirty from the time they arrived. They may have sent me the display model. I only tried them on in the entryway. I usually wear 24.5cm sneakers, but they're quite tight with socks. They fit perfectly with thin tights or stockings. They should fit those who usually wear 23.5-24cm. I will ship the box as is, secured with tape.
