Passbook Case Medical Record Case Mother and Child Health Handbook Case Handmade Handcrafted Tri-fold I was using it as a passbook case. I purchased it at a roadside station about 3-4 years ago. There are three pockets that are just the right size for passbooks and medical record books. There are two card pockets. It's a tri-fold button closure. The button has a picture of a girl and a house. The material is cotton fabric, and it appears to have interfacing. The pattern is large white dots (polka dots) on a pink background, and the inside of the pockets is moss green (dark green). *There is a part where a ballpoint pen has adhered to the card pocket area. Please refer to the 8th photo. Other than that, there is no particular damage or breakage. If you are concerned, I think you can use it after washing it. It's still usable, but I'm selling it because I no longer use it. I will protect it with vinyl and ship it. No pets. No smokers. No air fresheners used. If you have any questions, please comment.
