This is a high-quality stainless steel long scissor from NIC, marked as H-1. It appears to have been used relatively infrequently, and the blades still have plenty of volume. However, the blades are thin, giving it a very light feel. The feel and sharpness are excellent. For reference, it cuts tissue very sharply and cleanly without snagging. I had it sharpened, so it should be ready to use, but if you are particular about the sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before use.
