This is a wrap holder from Combi Mini. It has a navy blue star pattern. It can be used with a baby carrier or stroller. I think the inside is boa fleece and warm. The pockets are also boa fleece, so your hands will be warm too. I used it a few times when going out, but I think it's in relatively good condition.
