I've used this for about a week, but I'm selling it to organize my equipment. The box is included. It was securely mounted on a board, and I also used a footswitch, so there are no noticeable scratches, and it's in almost-new, excellent condition. The footswitch is not included (the silver part). I used it with a bass, but I think it can also be used with a guitar. Velcro is attached to the back.
