This artwork is by the Brazilian artist Virgilio Navaes. It is painted on fabric, measuring 12.3 x 16.5, and mounted on a thin wooden board. The sticker on the back says "handwritten" (according to a translation function). For some reason, a shipping label was directly affixed to the back, and it was mailed as is. I have displayed it for several decades. Price negotiable.
