This is a children's play item from RAKU. You can ride on it or flip it over and use it like a balance seesaw. It's basically sturdy and can hold adults, but it's not recommended. It's relatively clean, but it has some scratches and pilling from use. It still seems usable, so I'm giving it away to someone who needs it.
