I am not accepting price negotiations. Immediate purchase is welcome. There are no issues with the living environment such as tobacco or pets. I obtained this item 4-5 years ago and only tried it on indoors. It has been stored covered and hung up. There is a very slight smell, like a vintage clothing store's diffuser. Considering the age, I believe the wool and leather have few scratches and are in good condition, but please consider only if you understand vintage clothing. The length is 59cm according to amateur measurements. Please check the 4th and 5th images, which were taken with a scale, for measurements of other parts.
