Pea coats often have a stiff, felted fabric, but this one is made of a softer, warmer fabric(^^) The color doesn't photograph well, but it's a dark navy. The close-up photo (4th image) shows the most accurate color. The outer fabric is in very good condition, but it's not new, so there is some subtle wear. Therefore, I will offer a discount if you comment! If you are not concerned about this and understand that it is a used item, please consider purchasing!
