This is a brand called PIADATERRE from Venice, Italy. These are velvet flat shoes. The soles are made from recycled bicycle tires, making it an environmentally conscious brand. I bought these for my child to wear for special occasions, but they only wore them once before outgrowing them. The color is a subdued wine red. The box is not included.
