This is a 100% cotton shirt dress with a floral design. It's an oversized fit, so it was great with leggings, and it was also useful as a light jacket after my child outgrew it. There were some areas with loose stitching from new (see image 4). It didn't affect wear, but it's being sold as is. The fabric is soft, like gauze, and seemed comfortable for my child to wear. There's fraying on the buttonhole of the fifth button from the top (see image 5).
