This was purchased last year at the exhibition of Shingo Francis held at the Chigasaki Museum of Art. Based in Los Angeles and Kamakura. He continues to explore the expanse and spirituality of space in painting. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions both in Japan and abroad, including the DIC Kawamura Memorial Museum (Chiba, 2012), Lobby Gallery, Durst Foundation (New York, 2013), Ichihara Lakeside Museum (Chiba, 2017), Sezon Museum of Modern Art (Karuizawa, 2018), and Martin Museum (Waco, Texas, 2019). His works are included in the collections of JP Morgan Chase Art Collection, Bank of Spain, Frederick R. Weisman Foundation, Mori Art Center, Sezon Museum, Oketa Collection, and Tokyo American Club, among others.
