Victor HR-VP1000 VHS player with a multi-function operation panel. This is a fairly high-end model. I turned it on, inserted a VHS tape, and played it. The screen was distorted, and a message prompting the use of a cleaning cassette appeared. I don't have a cleaning cassette, so the head cleaning hasn't been done. The remote control also worked for playback operations after inserting batteries.
