This is a rain cover and insect screen for a stroller. I purchased the rain cover about five years ago, but I rarely went out on rainy days, so I hardly used it. In my amateur opinion, the vinyl hasn't deteriorated. I also bought the insect screen, but I never used it and it's still unopened. I'm selling it because I won't be using it in the future.
