I'm unsure how long the original battery that came with the main unit lasts, as I haven't measured it. This item was used at home. I have disassembled and cleaned it as much as possible, but please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about cleanliness. The long pipe has a repaired area (see images 11 and 12).
