I received these as new, but I haven't had a chance to wear them. There are no tags. The soles have non-slip grips. Size is 23cm. I've worn the same size in a different pattern, and they fit me, even though I usually wear a size 23.5cm-24cm. I will ship via Yuu Yuu Mercari.
