This is a Tory Burch tote bag with a multi-color stripe design. Made of canvas, it has some minor scuffing, but it's a unique piece that you won't see everywhere. The leather handles give it a luxurious feel despite the pop of color. The inside appears white in some lighting, but it's actually a solid navy color and has no pockets (see photo 4). The handles are long enough to be worn over the shoulder. The bottom also has leather (see photo 2).
