This is a violin bow of unknown origin, without a stamp and with unclear details. Judging from the design of the head and screw, it appears to be made in the style of Sartory. As you can see from the head, it's made of very fine-grained, high-quality wood. The tip is made of natural bone, which is rare these days, as many are imitation. (Do you notice the unique texture and pattern? Well, it doesn't really affect the sound, but it should be an indicator of quality.) The metal fittings are sterling silver and show characteristic blackening. If you're concerned, have them polished when you get the hair replaced. They'll be sparkling in no time. The leather grip is also beautiful, and there's no need to rehair it, so it's ready to use. The price is kept down due to the unknown origin, but I think it's a bow that's worth more than the price.
