These are USED items that my daughter has used.
Some are unused, and some are in beautiful condition, but her favorites may show some signs of wear.
I inspected them when listing them, and I haven't listed any with stretched-out rubber bands, but some have been purchased several years ago, so you may need to replace the rubber bands when they arrive.
They can still be used if you replace the rubber bands.
Personally, I haven't included any items in poor condition.
The rabbit hair ties have some color fading.
