Thank you for looking. This is something I ordered from a handmade creator here before. When I tried to put it on my black dog, the neck opening was too tight (I didn't force it and kept it as is. Since it's been stored for a long time, there might be some scuffs. My dog is a 3.5kg toy poodle. I'm looking for someone who can alter the turtleneck part or make some adjustments. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
