I hardly used this after purchasing it. It's almost new, but it has been stored at home. The neck and arm parts are not loose and should work without any problems. The smartphone and tablet holder can be adjusted from 11cm to 19cm, with a variable range of 4cm within the 11cm section. The desk mount holder can be adjusted from 2cm to 8cm.
