Navy hooded tunic. The hood has a striped pattern, which makes it look like you're wearing a striped stole when you put it on, making it very fashionable. There are pockets on both sides, and the inside of the pockets also has a striped pattern. It's not a knit material, but it's a soft, thick fabric that's relatively warm.
