The included device (orange) is for inserting into the car window frame to secure it, but it probably won't work with the door thickness of modern cars... You can brew coffee with the included mesh filter. I bought it about 30 years ago, but I only boiled water in it once, and the filter etc. are unused. I bought it because of its cute appearance, but it has been sitting in the warehouse without me having a chance to use it.
