● Shipping method

We will ship after compressing in a compression bag.
We will choose between "Rakuraku" and "Yu-yu" depending on the size. We may change from "Yu-yu" to "Rakuraku" or from "Rakuraku" to "Yu-yu" just before shipping.
Basically, we will ship after compressing in an OPP bag (compression bag or freezer bag may be used depending on the product), so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about wrinkles due to compression or folding.
We may use recycled cardboard for large items.
● Regarding returns
・ We will accept returns at the buyer's expense only if there are major scratches or damage not mentioned in the photos or description. Please be sure to notify us before you rate the item. Returns are not possible after rating.
