This is a JK 3EM. Overall, it's in good condition, but as you can see in the photos, there's a spot on the cup that appears to be a plating irregularity. There are also some minor scratches on the shank. There are no issues with playing. It's characterized by a beautiful high range and is suitable for 1st and 3rd players.
