I used this for about three months because I transferred schools. The head circumference (inner size) is approximately 52cm. There are no name markings because I used name stickers. There is a slight fraying at the end of the ribbon. There are small pin marks on the ribbon part because I had a school badge attached (Image 6). I think it's in a clean condition with no noticeable stains, but please consider purchasing it understanding that it is a used item, as it was used by a child.
