This is originally a medium format lens with a Kiev 88 mount, but it has been modified to the versatile M42 mount. The body has some minor scratches, but I think it's in quite good condition for an old Russian lens. It's difficult to find items in this good condition in Japan. There is no mold or fogging inside the lens, and it is very clear. The aperture ring moves normally. There is a slight unevenness in the torque of the focus ring. It does not interfere with use, but I will mention it just in case, as some people may be very sensitive to this. I think this lens is in generally good condition. As an aside, if you don't have an adapter, I recommend purchasing an adapter made by K&F Concept. Inexpensive adapters that can be purchased for under 1000 yen may lack precision, so it's safer to buy a reliable one. If you have any questions, please ask. I will answer them as best I can.
