Thank you for viewing. The printed model number on the 6th image is fading and not entirely clear, but the noted model number is 56◻︎14 145. Prescription lenses are installed, but the original lenses are also included. Includes the outer case, buckskin case, and original glasses cloth. The gold parts in the 8th and 10th images have aged and the color has faded. I have previously had the frame and metal parts repaired at Tom Ford, so if you are concerned, it can be repaired, but it will take about a month. Please consult with a Tom Ford retailer. You can have prescription lenses replaced at places like Zoff, bringing in the frame. It cost around 7,000 yen for two lenses.
