This is a Chrome Hearts Splat-A. It's the same style worn by many celebrities, including Mr. Imai. I've misplaced the warranty, but this is an authentic item purchased at the Chrome Hearts store in Tenjin, Fukuoka. The lenses were replaced at See Best, which is recommended by Chrome Hearts Fukuoka for lens replacements. They wouldn't exchange it if it were a fake, so it's definitely genuine.
