Fluoride-coated floss, 50m Made in Korea I haven't used much of it, so I think there's about 90% remaining. How to use: 1. Cut about 40cm of floss and wrap it around one middle finger 2 or 3 times, and the rest loosely around the other middle finger. 2. Use your thumbs and index fingers to hold the floss taut, with about 1-1.5cm of space between your fingers. 3. Gently move the floss back and forth along the tooth surface, slowly inserting it between the teeth. 4. Once you've passed the point where the teeth touch, insert the floss slightly into the space between the teeth and gums (gingival sulcus). 5. After flossing each area, wind the used portion of the floss and advance to a clean section. Rinse your mouth after use.
