I believe this item was from the 2017 Fall/Winter collection. The size is S, and the color is charcoal gray. It's based on a medical shirt, and was only produced for one year. I don't think it's very popular or well-known. It's a pullover type, and while it's thin, it uses very good fabric. I wore it often, so there is some pilling, but there are no stains or damage.
