This is a PJ-type electric bass from Ibanez's budget brand, Silver Cadet. The electronics are in good working order with no crackling. However, there is fret buzz from the 12th fret onwards, so you'll either need to accept using only the lower frets, or have the frets leveled for smooth playing. The truss rod was turned about 15° in both directions for inspection and then returned to its original position. It was a bit stiff, but it turned both ways. The frets themselves aren't worn down much, with about 80% remaining. The neck has a slight forward bow on the 4th string side and a slight back bow on the 1st string side, indicating some twist. The string height is approximately 2.5mm at the 12th fret on the 4th string and about 2mm on the 1st string. There are scratches on the body. Shipping is free nationwide. The bass will be shipped with the strings loosened, wrapped in two layers of air cap (bubble wrap), and packed in a custom-shaped cardboard box. *This item is being sold as junk due to the fret buzz.
