This is a mini-length flare skirt from WEGO. The color is black. It's made of a light fabric, so it's cool and can be worn from summer. The waist has a button and a zipper. There's another layer of fabric underneath, giving it a voluminous flare shape. I've only worn it twice, so there are no stains. I will ship it in 1-2 days! (^^)
