This is a 6-inch practice pad from PROLOGIX. The rebound is weak and the sound is relatively quiet. I think it's suitable for practicing picking up rebounds, etc. There is a screw on the back that can be attached to a practice pad stand. By combining it with a stand, you can practice in a state close to actual performance while sitting in a chair. (Practicing by sitting on the floor and placing the pad on the floor is different from how you use your body during actual performance.)
