I remade a furisode (long-sleeved kimono) I bought at a recycle shop. It's made of crepe and is a beautiful item with vibrant colors. The lining of the long bag is made from fabric of a long undergarment (nagajuban) that I bought as a bolt at the recycle shop. The lining of the body bag is from the hakke (lining of the skirt) of another kimono. There are some sewing marks and creases. I found a stain on the inside of the body bag. (--;) There was graffiti on the lining of the long bag... (--;) Other than that, I think there's almost nothing wrong with it. The photos show a Tsugaru shamisen inside. The shamisen is not included. Materials: Outer fabric: silk (furisode) Lining: long bag is silk body bag is unknown This is handmade by an amateur. Please be aware of this. The following is a personal opinion... When the shamisen is left unused, the sound becomes muffled, but I feel like it will produce a good sound the more I play it. But, I feel like it will produce a good sound from the first strike if I store it in a long bag and body bag made of silk. (*^^*)
