I think it's rare because you don't see it very often (*^▽^*) I purchased it at a store over 20 years ago. I only wore it a few times back then, so as far as I can see, there are no major scratches or stains, but there are some minor scratches and scuffs. (Please refer to the photos) Also, it has been stored at home for a long time after being used a few times, so if you are at all concerned, please refrain from purchasing. I have a pet (dog).
