Fender Japan PB-57 P Serial [Details] This bass has been refinished with nitrocellulose lacquer and relic/aged processing after being stripped down to the wood. It was sprayed with a multi-layer paint job based on British Racing Green over 3TS. "British Racing Green" is a color that represents the UK, and compared to "Sherwood Green," it is characterized by a less yellow and deeper, darker green. Vintage White was sprayed as an undercoat, and the overall appearance is designed to look well-used, with sun fading and discoloration from hand sweat. Of course, both the 3TS and the top BRG are lacquer painted. The back of the neck also has matte paint where the paint has peeled off, making it smooth and easy to handle. The electrical components are also assembled without any compromise, which is an important spice to bring out the best in the individual instrument. Not only the appearance but also the fine details are considered, and it is made with attention to detail in everything from vintage capacitors to wiring materials and solder, making it a cut above the rest.
